As Creative Director at Coinstash, I led a brand and product refresh to strengthen our identity and elevate the customer experience. Working with a small, agile team, we reimagined the Coinstash brand to reflect confidence, clarity, and customer benefit, introducing a custom typeface (PP Telegraf Coinstash) and a rich library of static and animated digital assets. On the product side, we launched an innovative Rewards ecosystem, enhanced membership and loyalty features, and a redesigned dashboard that simplifies and enriches the investment journey. The project combined brand, product, and UX improvements to create a cohesive, premium experience for a diverse audience—from general retail users to HNWI and SMSF investors—positioning Coinstash for long-term growth and customer advocacy.
